The interview process was very structured, communication with recruiters was quick. They provided a guide on every interview step. The first two tested product thinking, then there was a call with the recruiter to align expectations, and then a behavioral interview. For product interviews, the interviewers chose cases/products that the candidate is familiar with.

Product challenge, execution and product sense, leadership and drive, recruiter calls. It took over 2 months, 13k people responded, I was in the last 20 and they took 12 people.. They wanted SWE and wasted many people's time.
