intially you do a 5 min recorded video with questions they ask you. basic ones to know who you are etc. then it was an inteview through teams with two managers. they ask what u know about insurance. behavioural questions mostly about how u deal with this and that. or if this happens what do u do .

Once the application is filled out online, they invite you to a one-way online interview process, a precheck. Once you pass, you will be called to set up an interview.

Group interview with one-on-one interviews in between. Good experience and friendly atmosphere. Questions were mostly related to sales situations and customer service. Turn around time was under two weeks. Only one interview.
