Post screening round, there was one round with the Reporting Manager. They asked about past experience and gave assignment. 1st round was not very insighful from applicant's perspective. Assignment was successful and I received an email that my application is qualified for interview round. 2.5 weeks later and after multiple follow ups for scheduling interview, I received an email communication of not getting selected, the interview never took place. I respect there decisions, since this should have been a two-way process, it never felt like that. Would have appreciated on-time and proper feedback and suggestions.
