One of the employees within the actual job team reached out to me after I applied, which I thought was a nice, warm touch, vs HR. We had a phone screening about job fit. I then had a panel-style interview with the managers on the team. Lastly, the director called me as well - just a casual phone chat. I was surprised at the last call; however, pleased that they were taking the time to find a true fit.
