Had initial phone screen with engineering manager with some basic questions, maybe 10 minutes. Had in person interview a few days later, just was walked around the plant and answered and asked questions. I was put on the spot a lot like “how would you hang this steel from this beam?”, etc. I lost interest when I realized they generate flat patterns manually and use 2D cad software.
