First a screen call, followed by a presentation assignment.
Then five rounds of 30 minute interviews with interdepartmental colleagues, more horizontal than vertical focused, which I love. It's a great way to meet the people you'll be working with. Each candidate will be asked the same questions by the interviewers.
Overall it was a great experience for me; their people were warm, friendly and open.
Feedback: You'll need at least 40 minutes for these rounds, currently 30 minutes doesn't provide enough time for candidate to ask questions.
