Before the interview, they first checked my availability. After the interview, there was a background check process. So total process took about 2 months and half.

I met with the supervisor for about 30 minutes. She asked me some questions about my resume, and described the general duties of the job. It was very straightforward, and I was extended an offer within the week.

Entrevista
I applied online through the International Rescue Committee's job portal located on their website. The application was fairly simple, just needed a cover letter and a resume. After applying, I was contacted for an interview within days. The interview took place towards the end of the week and I was offered the internship early in the following week.
