I first applied via their website and then I had 1 phone screening. Following that I completed psychometrics and had 2 phone interviews with my line managers, followed by 2 in-person interviews. One of the in-person interview was with one of my line managers who preferred to also meet face to face after skyping. The final interview was with two people from People Services. The whole process was lengthy but overall the selection process took 3 weeks. Everyone was friendly during interviews and progression in between stages was fast.
