Interviewed and did a "deep dive" on my "proven" qualifications and role requirements. The company (claims) it is one of the "best managed", but not when it comes to paying bills. Its "management" is by engineers that are NOT business people, (but they think they are). No processes and the best "sales" pitch I have ever seen.. (meets you ate the door) but beware...on their reality of the company. Most their that are in management have been their for 10+ years, and want to keep it that way, hint, hint, but in truth, they need to work somewhere else. So, they can get off their high horse. The companies name should be changed to new-bee's, because most are young and work mostly on adrenaline and the operations group on macho attitude. "getter done", Brockville thinking I guess. Stay away from the company.... get a real job/career anywhere else.
