SnapChat is a cool idea, updates like face swap keep the app current, easy to use once you figure out the basics of it and Facebook is an app people continue to utilize at high rates, keep users engaged...How could they be improved? At the time new updates caused fb to crash a lot, so improve crash rates and the layout is not attractive or user friendly, too many ads. SnapChat could use an undo option while sending or after sent snap status :) not really what i said but those are options
