I was given an initial phone screening where they asked questions based on the "values" of the company, and was then told I would be given an update by the end of the week - the end of the week came and went, as did the next week and the week after that and the month after that - I asked the recruiter every step of the way for any kind of update - he kept saying he would get back to me and the end of that week, but never did. Eventually he just stopped replying. How hard is it to say "sorry we are going forward with someone else" instead of saying "I'll let you know by the end of the week"? I understand that the job hunting game has situations like this happen all the time, but whenever he companies like this seek and expect a high amount of professionalism and performance from University students, the least they can do is lead by example.

Entrevista
HR Screening round, Hiring Manager round, Product Sense Round, Case Study round, Cultural round, Final round of salary discussion. Overall a good interview process. Great company to work for. Interviews were very chilled and relaxed
Took 1 round for one team, then said skills aligned better with some other role. So, they started the process all over again. This time, took 2 rounds and then ghosted.
Easy, straight forward.
Mostly focused of problem solving and behavioural questions.
One presentation and panel interview question round, where i had to answer questions on my previous work experience and why i choose one thing over the other.
