Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Intuit (Bengaluru) em jun. de 2022
Entrevista
5 rounds of interview including portfolio round.
It was not a great experience since I faced one the most arrogant and ill mannered person I ever saw in my entire 9 years of career. I understand there could be difference of opinion but you cannot act rudely in any manner.
Thank God I got a better opportunity at one of the best places to work, although I faced some disagreement on few points but still interviewers were polite but in Intuit the case was different. I won't be applying to this org. ever in future also because I got a glimpse on how my opinions will be thrown while working.
Nice interviewers, friendly environment. Hiring managers got back to me a week later than they promised. Recruiter contact + interview took less than a week, and then I waited ~2 weeks to hear back.
Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Intuit (San Diego, CA) em fev. de 2022
Entrevista
Step one: Chatted over LinkedIn/Email with hiring manager
Step two: 30 minute zoom call with hiring manager to get to know each other a little bit- mine ended up lasting about an hour because we had a lot in common to talk about
Step 3: Complete a brief writing exercise
Step 4: Get feedback on the writing exercise like you might in a crit on your work so the team can see how you respond and take feedback
Step 5: 3 hour interview with a panel of 4 where I had an hour to present my portfolio, the original writing exercise and the writing exercise post feedback. Then 3 45 minute conversations with either 2:1 or 1:1 focusing on skills and why intuit, culture fit, and coachability/manageability respectively.
After that I just had to wait 48 hours for the yay or nay!

Pergunta 1
Why Intuit?
Why did you want to get into UX Design?
Lots of questions surrounding my writing background and my writing craft.
Quite a few questions surrounding how I respond to coaching and feedback, how I work with others, and how I take feedback that's difficult to hear and grow from that.
Everyone asked me what questions I had for them and gave me a lot of room to drive the conversation, so I was glad I was prepared with quite a few things to talk about.
