Call with recruiter about basic experience and situational questions (what if's). Recruiter also asked questions about availability to work weekends and evenings. The interview was easy but be sure to have a good resume.

The process involves a combination of in-person along with computerized testing in order to determine a candidate's qualifications and competency. The process starts with a recruiter contacting and also includes verifications of credential. Must be either a certified public accountant enrolled agent or hold some sort of law degree with taxation

Online video interview process with no live interviews. Just recorded my answers. It was pretty straight forward. Very easy to record. Got back to me pretty quickly and HR team was pretty responsive.

The interview was took about an hour and a half to complete. Once you were given the question you typically only had 30 seconds to prepare your answer. Most of the questions were not very difficult.
