Met with variety of committees, including but not limited to students, faculty, staff, and senior level administrators. There was an open forum component to the interview. The time with students did not include any full time staff which allowed for students to be transparent about their concerns and what they were looking for in a coordinator.

Day long schedule with individual interviews with boss and boss' boss, group interviews with constituents, and a presentation on a topic relevant to audience. Included interviews with peers over meals that allow me a chance to ask more detailed questions.
