I was surprised by this question since the posting said it was a set schedule, M-F 9-5 for the most part. I coach high school sports outside of my job, so I do have wiggle room but a set schedule is important and one of the main factors in my job search. I explained that to the interviewer. She said she understood as her husband coaches for the school district as well. I asked if the schedule was not as posted. I did not get a real answer.
