Apptitude Tests, HR Interview, Assessment Centre, Managerial Interviews The tests are of a medium difficulty, and I think they value more the quality of the answers than the number of answers. I'd say it's impossible to answer all questions. The HR interview is pretty standard. A bit more serious than others. And loong. The assessment centre is made of 3 stages. A group dynamic and two work situations. I didn't reach the last part. If you reach Assessment Centre it means you passed many stages already, so feel confident!

Normal interview with key questions about the job. Talked with people from Ray Human, and they were very respectful, gave me advice and motivation to continue. The interview lasted about one hour and it was very calm, I had time to explain and ask whatever I wanted to.
