This is depends on the position and interviewer. I had two rounds of interview. I was first interviewed by VP of Private Equity in alternative investment services. Then I interviewed by VP's assistant. They have completely different interview styles. VP never looked at my resume. He asked general questions such as talk about yourself. He seems more interested in my back ground and what's my career plan. VP's assistant are more interested in my experience. There are more questions regarding my school and internship experience.
