First spoke with recruiters at on-campus career fair; was then emailed by recruiter and urged to apply online, which I did. Got an on-campus interview, a 1-1 with a current employee. Interview was perhaps half an hour, with the interviewer spending half explaining the structure of the digital department and the layout of the office, and half asking questions. Nothing overly difficult or unsurprising; was actually expecting more technical questions than was given. After that interview, didn't hear anything for maybe 3-4 weeks, after which I received an offer via email.

It was a very smooth process arranged by the campus recruiter, first round was video interview and code vue, followed by a two hour individual last stage interview that included both behavioural and technical questions.
