I had a very disappointing experience with this company's interview process. The process was excessively long and felt unnecessarily drawn out. Throughout the interviews, there was very little flexibility regarding scheduling and communication, which made the experience frustrating as a candidate. One interviewer in particular came across as a bit rude during the interview process (the red haired man). If they were already like that in an interview, I couldn't imagine working with them. They need to understand that candidates also invest significant time and effort into the process. Based on my experience, the interview process was poorly managed and left a negative impression of the company.
