First interview was conducted by 03 Manager from Audit, Tax and HR dptt. Most of the technical questions were asked by Tax manager related to Accounting, tax and Audit basic concepts. HR manager asked about the family. Seconed interview was conduted by the Partner of the firm. Firm's partner gave a very relaxing environment during the interview, asked very few technical questions. He assessed personality and offered the position.
