HR interviews and PI interviews are different. HR asks a general question regarding what you want to do with the post-doc, familiarity with JAX, how long you plan to stay in academia, explains budgets, living costs in the Farmington etc. They are really helpful as HR. I loved it. Then comes the technical interview with the PI.
