Met recruiters at campus career fair--they gave a mini-interview on the spot. Was immediately passed on to a first-round phone interview with a Texas recruiter. She was very friendly & personal, and immediately passed me onto the second interview. Second round: was at the local JCPenny for the interview--interviewee SAID I did a great job, but I never heard back from him nor the initial recruiter (very unprofessional). I even came back and left a thank you card a few days later, and still did not receive any notice of my status. It would've been nice to at least receive a formal rejection instead of no response.
