There are a few interesting steps to the interview process. There is a group interview during seasonal times and a demonstration of your clothing folding abilities (timed). Also they see how good you are at recognizing color differences and style differences when they have you sort a hanging rack.

Got call to come in for interview. Pretty basic behavioral questions. Starting salary was 8.75. Was given a tour of the store, and all the departments. Overall was a good experience and not too difficult

I applied for the back room, but instead they offered me a different job on the sales floor. I walked in and sat down for at least 5 minutes before being told I got the job.
Put in an application in 2012 and was called about 5 days letter for an interview. Met with one of the HR reps and he was cool, he liked me and we scheduled a second interview with the store manager and it went well. Ended up getting the job in a week, but the background check
