Interview was poorly structured due to main Interviewer not able to attend. I conducted a presentation (as requested), but the substitute interviewer did not really seem engaged or ask any questions afterwards. Also, he was unable to answer many of my questions about the role or working in the team. I was later notified as being unsuccessful, so I followed up with the JLR Recruitment team for some constructive feedback (as advertised by them). I did not receive a response. I chased after a couple of weeks, where I received an apology for the lateness of the reply, but there was no feedback available.
