First, there was a one-way video interview. This consisted of two questions in which you had 30 seconds to prepare and two minutes of response time. After, there are two 1-on-1 interviews and then an in office superday.

Started with a resume screen and scheduled an initial interview with HR shortly after applying. Asked basic behavioral and fit questions, wanted to know about previous work experience and reasons for applying to JMI.
