Please have more experienced folks in the interview panel. One junior level lady interviewer in the panel was so rigid and wanted exact solutions that she had in mind.She was more interested in looking at how the stack looks like in a recursive call than problem solving. No forthcoming,interactive solutions The only thing she said was "Do what you want,i can't help" .
