The interview process was a joke a real joke it didn't make any sense the manager did not know what he was doing the training I got was a joke to they have no idea what they are doing in Savannah I was passed over twice for a supervisor job because the manager was friends with the employees that got both supervisor jobs

I had previous airline experience, so the interview was simple and to the point. It lasted about 30 minutes total. The longest part was filling out the job application and all of the other paperwork.
