Group interview for the position after being shortlisted. Explained the job description and what the average day to day looked like and explained how to fill out the required documents. Quite friendly, although didn't specify that it would be a group interview in the email.

took almost 2 hours between 6 people in a room. short 5 min 1 on 1 interview at the end. lots of paper work to fill including a Disk Test and a sheet with options numbered 1-4 about how you best work. some of the questions on the 3 double sided paper work were strange like how often one goes to the gym and if you're a smoker. interviewer said not to fill yes for basic migraines because everyone gets them in the office and its something panadol can fix, so to only write down yes if properly diagnosed which i thought was odd. also said we were lucky to go home at the end of the interview and joked he was stuck here which made me think it was a mistake to apply. weirdness
