Entrevista
Phone/Skype interview, followed by formal interview in person. Very organic process.
They wanted to know what my ambitions were and what I was looking for career-wise and whether that, as well as my personality, was a fit for the business.
Overall a pleasant experience. Not tonnes of structure so up to the candidate to prove themselves.
