After meeting a representative at a college near me, I had a phone interview. The phone interview was a quick 30mins with 3 bahavioral based questions and lastly, why would I want to work for Deere and what made me a great candidate. After the phone interview, i was contacted about an interview at the headquarters. I was flown to the headquarters, given dinner, had 3 1:1 interviews, and given a tour of the company. The company paid for all of my hotel and travel fees.

Phone screen, followed by a one on one interview, ending with a two on one interview. STAR method interview all via zoom. Heard back 2 weeks after my second interview with an offer.
