The interview was initially a group interview we sat in groups and had to stand up and introduce ourselves to the group. Following this we had to do a couple of group exercises based around team work and leadership, there were two John Lewis managers sat listening to our interaction. We then had to present our work to the room. We then had individual interviews with a manager.
