First, applied online on the company's website careers page. Three days later I got a call from the manager of the asking me to come in for a interview. A few days later, I came in for the interview. It was overall pretty chill really. The manager was really cool and the interview was pretty casual. Interview Questions: - If you were an animal, what would you be? - What's your favorite color? - What five brands do we carry? - Why do you wanna work for Journeys? - What three traits do you like about yourself? Three traits you don't like about yourself? After she asked questions, she said that they were currently hiring for the summer which was really odd to me because it was way to early to hire for the summer when spring just started. She also said that since its a part time job, its not commissioned and to gain more hours to work you would have to sell lot and above. In my opinion that's kinda asking a lot for a minimum wage job really. After she said that she was still gonna interview through out the week and she will contact me the week after if I got the job. I did received the call a week after.
