The manager had me sit outside the store while I was being interviewed. She asked questions about my experience working, and how I would handle situations of high stress or high pace. She then went over dress code(there is none), commission(4%), and employee standards (don't come in drunk or high).

It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.

Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
