Simple, HR call and ask whether ok to go to Switzerland for rotation. A few rounds online then physical interview. Pay not that good but good branding name and opportunity.

1st round HireVue, 2nd round Zoom with senior team member, mostly about fit, 3rd round in-person Superday with HR and then Team. Superday atmosphere very friendly with focus on technicals, including case study.
Rejected after cv screening. The interview process is described on the website: Online application, then cv screening, then online assessment or Hirevue (video interview), then interviews, then super day, then offer if all goes well.

Es ging hauptsächlich um die Motiavtion für die Stelle und wieso Julius Bär. Zudem musste ich über meine bisherigen Erfahrungen erzählen und wie ich mit Herausforderungen umgegangen bin und was ich im Nachhinein besser machen würde
