There are four steps in the interview process. The first is the HR interview, which is quite relaxed and mainly focused on mutual questions. The next step is the technical interview, you have some questions from python code they show you to find mistakes, and also where you discuss your work, exchange ideas, and elaborate on your experience. After that, you are given a time-limited task to complete. Once you finish the task, there is a final meeting where you explain what you did and why you approached it that way.
