Candidatei-me pessoalmente. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Juniper Networks.
Entrevista
It was a face to face interview at HPE office, Mahadevapura. First round was from the hiring manager (online). Three rounds in person. They covered almost all the projects I mentioned in my resume and cross verified each and every skill. At this level I was expecting them to check my problem solving skills than my low-level bit by bit knowledge. Probably interviewers are not skilled enough to ask good questions. All useless questions. Finally they concluded that I don't have projects on datapath which they were searching for. My question is - why did manager shortlist me for the interview and wasted one full day if they don't see something in my profile.
Juniper is known for such attitude. They want something which is very rare. This company doesn't want to build skills but buy skills from the market. Which means, employees who do good work in other companies are snatched from them by paying higher salaries. Best example of day-light robbery.

They touched upon all the projects I worked on. No coding questions. Looks like they are more dependent on LLMs to do coding.
Pretty detailed, 4 rounds technical, 1 round Manager and 1 round HR.
Discussing some of the architectures I have worked on, programming languages like python and java, infrastructure components like kafka zookeeper elasticsearch and networking basics etc

The process took 1 week. Since I had another offer the HR was quick enough to schedule the interview. The interviews happened through Teams meetings. It seems the 2nd round panel was not happy with my profile. And after 2nd round of interview I have not received the feedback yet for 1 month.
