Hiring process was smooth. Met HR then head of HR, on the same day was interviewed by another investment professional and CFO of construction business. All rounds cleared and was told to come on Saturday for interview with Group CFO. Another round of interview with another investment professional which again I easily cleared and then met Sidhartha Mehra. His interview also went well. But was not offered because of there relation with a boutique firm from which I was coming. It was pretty strange that I was told all rounds went well still didn't get any offer. Total process took 4 days. So it was my previous employer unfortunately where I stayed only for 6 months as they were ruthless and they must have fed something into the mind of Mr. Sidhartha Mehra ji. It's strange how these guys play with careers but then I read Glass door reviews and I am happy that I didn't get through as the rating showcases that Jupiter Capital is also like my previous employers. All please don't spoil your career with these boutique VC firm or advisors as they treat employees as robots. After about 2-3 years I am happy that I didn't join them and moving to Vancouver in a Investment fund. Advice to the mgmt - Dude use your own mind.
