I transferred from another Taco Bell so I didn't have to interview. Honestly this is a hire from within company, so unless you have fast food experience at the manager level, you won't be able to come in at the management level.

If you are able to come in at the management level, just be prepared to answer situational questions. They like those and take them very seriously.
