They asked me about my hobbies and my past experience in the first 10 minute interview. In the second interview (about an hour) they asked me about what I would do in certain situations and how I would handle different kinds of management duties. I realized that the job was actually a management/sales position instead of a marketing position. That was not what I was looking for.
