I had to pass 4 rounds: Round 1: with an Associate / Consultant. FIT + Business Case (Sizing) Round 2: with a Senior Consultant / Manager. FIT + Business Case (Sizing) Round 3: with a Partner. FIT + Business Case (data oriented, situational) The first 3 rounds went in a row, 2 hours in total. Round 4: 2 interviews (Consultant and Partner). FIT + Business Case for each. All in all, the experience went very well: the consultants and managers were willing to support and help during the business cases.
