2 F2F interview and 1 HR and then asked for all document
and waiting for offer from last 1 and half month,
1 fine Saturday interview was scheduled and morning 11 i reached and just waited someone to comedown to collect resume for 1 hrs after that they told it will take 1-2 hrs more and told to have something at there canteen after 2 hrs 1st round conducted and after that they told i m selected for 2nd round and u finish ur lunch because that will happened after 1 and half hours at 3:45 pm conducted 2nd round around 30 min interviewer was asking details,and technical after that HR want to conduct HR round and after 4:30 PM HR has asked all details like educations and current and expected salary and told he will let me know by next day.

First of all waited for 2 and half hours to get chance for 1st round
1st round:
ask overall Experience, asked on scrum management,
Scrum details, hw to calc velocity? How to set project holidays in MS project management template and over all most of the scrum management quations.
2nd round:
1. about my self
2. overall experience and why project management and not Technical?
3. want to work in product or service based company?
4. my aim in next 2-3 years
5. CCB (Change control board ) how it works?
had very good interview with him and interviewer was very happy and said you must be in KPIT and and had HR round after 2 hrs, Full day wasted at Pune Hinjewadi KPIT premises and HR told he is not US hiring HR and not for india and asked expected salary and all.
Next monday morning got mail asking for all salary slips, educational document and after 2 days HR called for expected salary, after that i followed with HR over mail and phone for almost 1 and half months and till today i am getting response we are still finding better position for me, I am not sure whether are they offering CEO position or any high level position to me.

I had a miserable interview cycle with KPIT.
First Profile : Sr. Product Manager
I had two round, first being technical and second with CTO with an assessment. Cleared both only to get an update that they were looking for someone between 12-15 yrs and that my profile has been put on hold.
Second Profile : Platform Product Manager
Had 4 rounds, first round was task round, second with Sr. Product Manager, third with Solution Architect and fourth with Director of Product Delivery. Cleared all rounds only to hear back that they do not have the budget and they can offer me a position of product owner which is around 20% below my current pay.
Great part in both the profile interviews - I had to chase the recruiter for an update only to hear that they wanted 12+ yrs exp and that they can give me an undermined pay by 20%
Suggestion to candidates - If you are specially looking for an opportunity in product management be clear with the recruitment team around the budget in place and that the YoE they are looking for.

It was a well organized interview. Most of the project management questions were related to practical problems. Interview questions covers most of the aspects of project management including team building and management.

Entrevista
Overall interview process was quite average. Candidates were filtered via email before calling them for an interview. Interview was conducted at their office at Hinjewadi. There were more situation based question and some hypothetical once. 1st round took nearly 25 mins & most of the candidates were waiting for feedback for more than 90 mins. Though i was not selected, I expect there should be feedback about what had gone missing/wrong for ant candidate to improve on particular area for future
