I was contacted by the employer and told that I met all of the criteria for an opening they had. They sent me an extensive set of questions about Organizational Architecture. I spent close to an entire day answering the questions. They then called back and said that the criteria for the position had changed and the individual selected must have managed care experience. Boom! Door slammed. Questions asked on the 'essay' weren't difficult. The process was just time consuming.
