Initial Communication was through an HR Recruiter. Followed by an in-person meeting with supervisor. Followed by a phone interview with another supervisor. Followed by a phone interview with a higher level supervisor. In general slightly disorganized interview style with all the participants not being aware of the actual job responsibilities.
