I didn't interview for Kamro, rather I got my job through Kamro. My recruiter was efficient and got the job he needed to do done. However, it lacked a more personable approach and felt quite transactional. During a painful job hunt, this approach was quite belittling. I thought this might be useful to anyone interested in applying to know the approach they have with the people they recruit. He did seem happy I got the job, though I'm unsure if that's just because I help him hit quota.
