Pretty rigorous. Though it all happens online, expect to have to prove that you can teach these tests. You'll be tested, you'll present a live/online teaching presentation, too. You have to make it through that. And, once you pass the interview, you'll have to make it through weeks of online training, too. If you don't, you won't get a position.
