      Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Keeper Security.

      Entrevista

      Initial recruiter screen went exceptionally well. Asked to take two assessments. Behavioral and cognitive. Completed those. The very next day, recruiter was pleased to set up an interview with the hiring manager for later that week. Seemed very positive and fast moving. Interview scheduled. A day before- sent a message saying the leadership decided to move forward with other candidates. No other feedback provided. No explanation as to what happened. The poor recruiter was clearly as much in the dark as I was. Very apologetic. Seems like there is a lot of confusion and missteps at the top.

      The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. I had a short conversation with her, then the director of Marketing and one additional interview with the Chief of Marketing, no one else from the team I'd be working with. An offer was extended. I inquired about negotiations on PTO policy, company culture and the lack of 401K match and after that conversation the offer was rescinded with no explanation. I tried reaching out to the recruiter and she went dark. I would be careful moving forward with this company.

      Unfortunately with this particular role we decided to change course last minute. With the ever changing world of COVID and Tradeshows being quite uncertain for the near future, we ultimately decided to hire a temporary contractor to fill this role as needed. While I understand that getting to the offer stage and then having an offer rescinded is not the best impression of our organization, I assure you that this very rarely happens and is a very unique event tied to the unstable nature of Tradeshows during this Global Pandemic. HR did reach out to you directly to explain the reasoning behind our change in course and answer any questions you might have about our decision. We had a great back and forth discussing the questions raised and I apologize if you felt that there were questions left unanswered.
