My experience was rather unpleasant. Applied online, was called in for an on-site interview on the next day with no schedule flexibility. During the interview met with the chief guy first, he was glued to his phone throughout, texting and asked the role I'm looking for. Then he left as he called in a couple of developers, was asked basic background questions & whiteboard coding. Again the chief guy walks in to chat for a while about the role all the while texting, brings in another developer for whiteboard coding. All the developers mentioned they got the answer they were looking for. After being told I'd receive a decision by next day I received a coding test at 10 pm, sent the working solution by morning 7 am. Received a rejection by noon with no feedback even after request.
To me, it seemed like an unfriendly environment, unorganized process, overall a big waste of time. It seemed as if they were not interested in hiring me from the start but they went on with the process anyway.
had a phone call from HR, let me introduce myself, ask me years of experience of work and java, micro service, why you leave your current company, etc. After I said I have x years java experience, the hr seems hurry to hung out the phone.

Asked about my background and what I was looking for. Didn't smile or seem friendly throughout the whole interview or ask if I had any questions at the end. CTO seemed technically incompetent. The other toxic culture reviews about management are probably spot on.

Entrevista
I had onsites consisting of some technical/behavioral questions, meetings with different engineers and two coding challenges. Final interview is with the CTO. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and passionate about the work they were doing. The recruiter was incredibly helpful throughout the process and the CTO was kind and very smart. Thorough and enjoyable interview process.
