Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 4 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Keke’s Breakfast Cafe (Orlando, FL) em nov. de 2017
Entrevista
Asked about if I had previous restaurant experience and if I was okay with heavy lifting. Wanted me to have an open availability. Told me that it was fast paced and we wouldn't receive breaks all day.

Entrevista
I applied for an open position that was posted on Craigslist on August 16th for the Ocoee FL location. I recieved a call on August 18th to schedule a face to face interview with the general manager for August 22. I when I showed up at the interview one of the hostess greeted me and told me to have a seat at one of the tables and wait for the manager. When the manager finally came, she introuduced herself and we talked about my work experience and the position that she was hiring for. After our conversation she told me I'll be recieving an email to start the onboarding process once she hit the "Hired" button in the system. She also gave me TalentReef phone number to call because one of the questions won't allow you to answer it so you'll have to call TalentReef. She also given me her personal number to call once I complete everything. I've never recieved the email for the onboarding process its been 2 days now. I've called and text to get more information on when I should recieve it and my start date and the manager hasn't contacted me back yet. I think its poor communication and discrimination! I contacted TalentReef to have my application released (withdrawn) from consideration.

Entrevista
I applied online after I read an ad on craigslist. Then I received a call from the owner the next day and then asked to come into in the next hour. We talked briefly about my application and then he asked me to start the next day.

If you were the manager of the restaurant and you had an employee who constantly made the same mistakes, even after several confrontations about it, how would you handle it?
