Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Kellanova em jan. de 2013
Entrevista
Upon applying for the sales intern position, I received a call from an HR rep after approximately 3 days. We had an hour long phone interview, and approximately 2 weeks later, I received a call for a follow-up interview at Kellogg's headquarters in Battle Creek, MI. The company arranged flights and hotels for all interviewees to come down the day before the interview. That night we had a meet and greet with the interview panel, as well as other key Kellogg employees. The next morning each candidate was given a interview time slot. My interview consisted of 3 people: 2 of which were recruiters and the 3rd was a zone manager. Approximately 2 weeks later, I received a call with an offer.

The recruiter was very nice and easy to talk to. The interview was very personable and I felt that I could easily share my work history. The whole interview took about 15 minutes but that was because it was at a conference.
