interview 1 - met with 2 managers seemed nice and lasted about 45 mins. questions about cv and exp. interview 2 - met with plant mgr, again seemed nice asked about cv and exp. and lasted 45 mins followed by 30-45min tour of factory with senior maint tech. interview 3 - met with eng director, more direct questions about me and career, lasted 30-45mins. to date still have not had response from company!
